Der Einsatz von Fluoreszenz bei neurovaskulären Eingriffen – unterstützt durch das Robotic Visualization System
In diesem aufgezeichneten Webinar erläutern die Neurochirurgen Michael Lawton, MD (ab Minute 00:44), Gary Steinberg, MD, PhD (ab Minute 17:50) und Jonathan Russin, MD (ab Minute 34:07) den Einsatz von fluoreszenzgeführten mikrochirurgischen Techniken bei neurovaskulären Eingriffen.
Unter anderem werden Fälle komplexer zerebrovaskulärer Eingriffe bei Aneurysma, AMV, Bypass und Moyamoya vorgestellt. Die Podiumsmitglieder zeigen den Nutzen intraoperativer Fluoreszenztechnologien mit Indocyaningrün (ICG) und Fluorescein für die mikrochirurgische Behandlung dieser Fälle auf. Zusätzlich wird die intraoperative Beurteilung des zerebralen Blutflusses anhand von Übersichtsdarstellungen und Diagrammen erörtert. In diesem Kontext wird die Frage besprochen, ob intraoperative Perfusionsdaten dazu beitragen können, die Erhöhung des Risikos eines postoperativen Schlaganfalls quantitativ vorherzusagen.
