Potenzial der In-vivo-Pathologie für die neuropathologische Diagnosestellung während der Resektion von ZNS-Tumoren
In diesem aufgezeichneten Webinar berichtet der Neuropathologe Dr. Jürgen Schlegel von seinen klinischen Erfahrungen mit der fluoreszenzgeführten konfokalen Endomikroskopie. Er präsentiert Ergebnisse des Ex-vivo-Auswertungsprojekt, in dem für typische neurochirurgische Erkrankungen wie Gliomen, Meningeomen und Metastasen die diagnostischen Ergebnisse aus der konfokalen Endomikroskopie mit den Ergebnissen konventioneller Techniken (Kryosektion, Quetschpräparate und FFPE-Diagnose) verglichen werden. Die Histopathologie aus den konfokalen Bildern wird dabei den HE-Färbungen und/oder den konventionellen Fluoreszenzmikroskop-Aufnahmen gegenübergestellt. Außerdem stellt er erste vorläufige Ergebnisse der laufenden In-vivo-Versuche an der Technischen Universität München vor und präsentiert erste Anwendungsbilder verschiedener klinischer Fälle.
