Live-case treatment video of a 78-year-old male patient performing percutaneous cement augmentation using intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT). With the needle applicator, a radiation dose of 2 x 8 Gy in 13mm from the applicator surface was applied with approx. 2 x 5 min. an overall radiation time. Overall, this live-case highlights the procedure and the applicability of IORT during a spinal metastases surgery.
