MTLawton Copper Disposable Bipolar Forceps Reshaping hemostatic procedures

The new generation of bipolar forceps is here. Developed for the highest demands in neurosurgery, the KOGENT MTLawton® introduces disposable bipolar forceps made from a special copper-base alloy. Explore the wide range of resulting benefits for your procedure.

  • Non-stick
  • Open line of sight
  • Efficient dissection

Non-stick

through optimal heat conduction

Often caused by excessive heat at the tips, sticking and charring are frequently observed problems during coagulation with electrosurgical instruments.

KOGENT MTLawton takes non-stick technology to a whole new level by introducing our bipolar forceps made of a special copper-base alloy. The improved material conducts heat away from the silver-plated tips faster. Thereby, tissue adhesion and charring are potentially reduced.

Open line of sight

by delicate design

In neurosurgery, visualization and surgical instruments need to go hand-in-hand such that critical structures are not covered.

With its elegant shape and extended working length, the KOGENT MTLawton allows an optimized view on the cauterization area – even in narrow and deep cavities.

Efficient dissection

with reinforced strength

Electrosurgical instruments need to be robust as they are frequently used to dissect and manipulate tissue during surgery.

Due to its strong copper-based material, no compromises towards robustness are made. KOGENT MTLawton allows for a more efficient dissection of tissue so you can focus on what matters most – your procedure.

The KOGENT MTLawton Disposable Bipolar Forceps is a real advance in electrosurgery over aluminum forceps. Our copper-base alloy has superior thermal conduction to improve cautery-based hemostasis and reduce tissue adhesion. I take these MTLawton bipolars into battle with all my difficult AVMs and they give me a noticeable advantage. I am proud of this invention, and I know you’re going to like them.
