There are two coverage periods: Principle Coverage Period (PCP), Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding public holidays), or Extended Coverage Period (ECP), Monday to Friday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., including weekends, public holidays, and after-hours support depending on the region.
