Uso de fluorescencia en procedimientos neurovasculares asistidos por Robotic Visualization System
En este seminario web grabado, el Dr. Michael Lawton (a partir del minuto 00:44), el Dr. Gary Steinberg, doctorado, (a partir del minuto 17:50) y el Dr. Jonathan Russin (a partir del minuto 34:07), todos ellos neurocirujanos, muestran cómo usan técnicas microquirúrgicas guiadas por fluorescencia para procedimientos neurovasculares.
Las muestras presentadas incluyen complejas cirugías cerebrovasculares en casos de aneurisma, AMV, bypass y moyamoya. Los panelistas muestran el valor de las tecnologías de fluorescencia intraoperatoria usando verde de indocianina (ICG) y fluoresceína en el tratamiento microquirúrgico de estos casos. Adicionalmente, se aborda la evaluación del flujo sanguíneo cerebral intraoperatorio con ayuda de mapas de resumen y diagramas. En este contexto, se debate la cuestión de si los datos de perfusión intraoperatoria podrían ayudar a predecir de forma cuantitativa el aumento de accidentes cerebrovasculares posoperatorios.
