Utilização de fluorescência em procedimentos neurovasculares com o auxílio do Robotic Visualization System
Neste webinar gravado, os neurocirurgiões Michael Lawton, MD (a partir do minuto 00:44), Gary Steinberg, MD, PhD (a partir do minuto 17:50) e Jonathan Russin, MD (a partir do minuto 34:07) mostram como utilizam técnicas microcirúrgicas guiadas por fluorescência em procedimentos neurovasculares.
Os exemplos apresentados incluem cirurgia cerebrovascular complexa em casos de aneurisma, AMV, bypass e doença de Moyamoya. Os oradores mostram o valor das tecnologias de fluorescência intraoperatória que utilizam indocianina verde (ICG) e fluoresceína no tratamento microcirúrgico destes casos. Além disso, é abordada a avaliação do fluxo sanguíneo cerebral intraoperatório com a ajuda de mapas e diagramas resumidos. Neste contexto, é discutido se os dados de perfusão intraoperatória podem ajudar a prever quantitativamente o aumento do AVC pós-operatório.
