Interior
Comfort and convenience
Production process secured by statistical process control
To ensure a pleasant driving experience, interior features such as seats, steering wheel, dashboard and infotainment systems should be of high quality. For comfort, convenience and safety, the curvature of the dashboard and the orientation of controls are just as important as the ergonomic design of seats and controls, including their shape and contour. Infotainment systems provide entertainment, navigation and connectivity features that enhance the overall driving experience.
All interior components must be accurately manufactured and correctly fitted. Problems with fitting accuracy can lead to rattling noises, improper operation or even safety risks. Even small parts, such as the button on the seatbelt buckle, are safety-relevant and must be of high quality.
In addition to initial sampling, standard quality checks are required directly in production to ensure that the specified tolerances are met and that the causes of defects are identified at an early stage.

Surfaces
You need a complete 3D mesh for visualisation, reverse engineering and target/actual comparisons.

Standard geometry
The polygon mesh describes standard geometries that can be compared with the CAD data set in the shape and dimension analysis.

GD&T tolerances
In just a few steps, you can check whether the shape and position of the parts are within the defined tolerances.

Measurement plan
You can easily program test plans by clicking on the desired features.
