The maximum number of participants for live online training sessions depends on the type of training but is usually between 4 and 12.

The language in which the respective training course is offered is specified in the training description under "timetable". Are you interested in a training in a language that is not listed in our catalogue? Please contact us at academy.metrology@zeiss.com.

The learning format does not influence the content of the training. When a course (e.g. ZEISS CALYPSO Reporting) is offered as a classroom and live online training, you can be assured that we teach exactly the same content.

You will receive a confirmation of your course registration by email. Your registration is only complete with this written confirmation.

After registering for a live online training, you will receive a welcome package, which includes an introduction to your trainer, the training schedule for the live online training session as well as the training manuals in paper format.

After registering for a live online training, you will receive an invitation with a link to GoToWebinar, Microsoft Teams or a comparable web-based tool. If the link is not working, please get in touch with the local training organization.

To join the live online training, you will need a computer with a microphone, headphones or speakers, camera and a stable Internet connection. If you book a software training, you will need the corresponding software on your computer to do the exercises. Also, a quiet room helps to better focus on the training content.

For the AUKOM online exam you will need:

• a quiet room that you can use alone during the test
• a laptop with microphone, camera, stable internet connection and installed browser "Google Chrome" (without second screen)
• your identity card to check the data
• a smartphone where you can install the ProctorExam app
