ZEISS SPECTRUM family

Tactile scanning technology from ZEISS offers great operational safety, accuracy, and throughput. Entire parts can be measured in one fluid and continuous movement, enabling faster speeds, the removal of environmental influences, and the capture of far more data.

With the ZEISS VAST XT gold sensor, ZEISS SPECTRUM verity also offers active scanning. This system uses software-controlled electromagnets and force controllers that exert net zero force. It achieves greater accuracy at even faster measuring speeds and is also ideal for non-standard geometries.

The ZEISS SoftTouch Mode of VAST XXT TL1 sensors achieves the best tactile measurement performance possible in this class for very small structures and easily bending sheet metal. Due to the reduced bending of the material, SoftTouch Mode offers repeatability, higher measuring speed and great accuracy for deflecting parts – both with single point and scanning measurements.

Customers have the flexibility to select either higher efficiency or higher accuracy for standard and flexible parts. The precise and quick results save up to 40% measurement cycle time.

LineScan One is an optical laser triangulation sensor for capturing huge point clouds to compare nominal with actual geometry. The option for optical scanning makes ZEISS SPECTRUM unique in its class.
