ZEISS ScanBox 4105 RC (Remote Control) is an optical 3D measuring machine with a motorized sliding door. Parts up to 500 mm in size can be loaded into the ZEISS ScanBox 4105 RC with a robot or an individually configured feeding system and placed on the rotation table module. The elimination of manual individual placement significantly reduces the time required and thus ensures a higher throughput in quality assurance.

  • Virtual measuring room

    Real environment in a virtual simulation

    The virtual measuring room (VMR) is the central control and measurement planning software for all elements of the optical 3D measuring machine. It offers the functional representation of a real measurement environment in a virtual simulation. The VRM consists of a robot with a sensor, the programming, including the kinematics of the robot paths, the component and the measurement plan. Thanks to the VMR, the user can work with the system without requiring specific robot programming skills. All robot movements are simulated in the virtual measuring room before execution and checked for safety.

    Scanning, inspection and reporting: Evaluate nominal-actual comparisons as well as geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
