Simple interfaces for automated loading of CMMs

The software solutions in the ZEISS Integration Series enable the simple automation of CMMs and accessories through to the control of fully automated cells or, for example, the start of complex individual measurements. Thanks to the intuitive interfaces, the applications can even be operated by untrained personnel.

Automation Interface

Simple automation of CMM and accessories

The Automation Interface from ZEISS makes it easy to automate your coordinate measuring machine without any engineering effort. In addition to starting measurement plans and providing feedback on measurement results or machine status, the application enables the CMM peripherals to be controlled. For example, the control of automatic fixtures or the pallet infeed can be easily configured in just a few clicks. Customized fixtures that you developed can also be controlled via configuration.

FACS

The customized software solution for complex tasks

If your requirements go beyond the standardized automation interface, the Flexible Automation & Connectivity System (FACS) provides another software solution. FACS makes it possible to automate recurring quality assurance procedures in complex processes. Programmed and customized for your needs.
