3D Photogrammetry

Measuring System Comes to the Measurement Object

Mobile photogrammetry systems provide 3D coordinates for metrological analyses.

Mobile metrology

The mobile measuring systems allow for non-contact acquisition of 3D coordinates in a significantly reduced measuring time. They bring the “measuring system comes to the measuring object” principle into best practice.

Developed for demanding conditions

Whether in production, in climate chambers or offshore: We have developed our measuring systems specifically for challenging environments so that they can capture precise 3D coordinates even under demanding conditions.

Simple operation, fast results

3D coordinates for efficient inspection

Non-contact measurement

Non-contact measurement

The measuring systems capture 3D coordinates without contact and offer a high level of operating convenience. The self-monitoring systems provide continuous feedback on the quality of the measurements.

Unbeatable team

To inspect large components, a photogrammetry system first captures reference point clouds. Our ATOS 3D scanners actively use these to transform their individual scans and thus ensure high accuracy across the entire measurement area.

Automated photogrammetry

Automated photogrammetry

In the ScanBox 3D measuring machine, photogrammetry enables the automatic acquisition of reference point markers, which increases measuring accuracy. Individual scans of the ScanBox are automatically transformed into the 3D volume of the point markers.
