ZEISS ScanBox 4105 for eMotors is engineered to accurately digitize electric motor hairpins and stators for fast and reliable dimensional inspection. This automated 3D scanning solution allows complete stators, including the hairpins and individual or multiple hairpins, to be digitized and inspected precisely. The captured 3D measurement data becomes a digital twin for comprehensive analysis in the powerful inspection software ZEISS INSPECT.
Optical 3D measurement technology: fast, precise and reproducible measuring results
The blue light 3D scanning sensor ATOS Q for eMotors is integrated into the automated ZEISS ScanBox 4105 for eMotors. You can quickly capture highly detailed quality information, creating a reliable digital twin. ATOS Q for eMotors works with non-contact fringe projection and allows for detailed and reproducible acquisition of measurement points, even for structures that are sensitive to touch.
Full surface digitization
ZEISS ScanBox 4105 for eMotors was specifically developed for full-surface, automated scanning of single or multiple hairpins as well as complete stators. No prior surface treatment is necessary.
Digital geometrical twin
The software generates a full geometrical digital twin from 3D coordinates distributed over a wide area. This enables deviations and defects in component geometries to be identified quickly and reproducibly compared to the CAD model.
Easy operation
Program and control ZEISS ScanBox 4105 for eMotors via a user-friendly interface in the software – the Kiosk Interface. Insert the component, select the measuring program, and press the start button.
