ZEISS Automated Defect Detection (ZADD)

Artificial intelligence in computed tomography

The ZADD add-on in ZEISS INSPECT X-Ray detects even minor and fuzzy defects reliably by applying AI based methods on the CT volume data.

ZADD is able to detect, localize, and classify these defects or anomalies quickly and automatically. The software add-on is specially developed for applications such as castings, injection-molded parts, batteries and printed components.
