AI Based Image Analysis

This workshop is an excellent opportunity for the Max-Planck researcher community to get an introduction and overview of Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods in modern microscopy and imaging. The workshop is co-organized by Max-BI and ZEISS. We will start with a set of presentations to make yourself familiar with AI in image analysis followed by a group introduction round. On the second day we will offer hands-on sessions adressing topics from entry level AI based image analyis up to showcasing the latest imaging technologies from ZEISS. You will have plenty of time to network and discuss with colleagues, peers and your ZEISS imaging and data specialists.
