脳や組織切片の広範囲を超高分解能でイメージング
走査型電子顕微鏡を使った超高分解能イメージングでは、多くの場合、試料のごく限られた部分しかイメージングできません。ZEISS MultiSEMシリーズでは、一度に61または91の電子ビームを使ってスキャンすることで、最大で毎秒1820メガピクセルのイメージングが可能になります。自動化された試料調製機能により、大きな(1 mm³)組織の高分解能イメージングが実現します。
