「良質な」胚の目安
生殖医療では、卵子の受精後、胚移植するまで発育を観察します。胚培養士はこれまで、発育する胚の予後を見分けるための形態学的パラメーターを開発してきました。各発育段階が注意深く観察されます。
「良質な」胚は以下を目安にすることができます。
- 細胞数(割球、3日目初期胚)
- 細胞の均等性
- フラグメンテーション/ブレブ形成
- 多核細胞化
- 空胞、CLCG、透明帯の厚み
