人工授精前の重要なステップ
どのような人工授精においても、精液の解析は特に重要なステップです。精液は精子を含む液体で、射精によって放出されます。精子数の正常値は精液1 mLあたり2千万以上、精液量の正常値は2 mL以上です。
精液解析では、精子数だけでなく以下の顕微鏡所見を評価します。
- 精子濃度解析:精子を計数(万細胞/mL)
- 精子運動解析:前進性運動精子、前進性のない運動精子、不動精子を計数
- 精子形態解析:形態が正常か異常かを評価
精液検査では、生きた精子を位相差で観察し、染色した精子塗抹を透過光の明視野または蛍光で観察します。
