この500万画素のモノクロCMOSカメラでは、試料の極めて動的なプロセスのタイムラプス動画を撮影できます。500万画素のフル分解能で、毎秒60超のフレームを達成します。また、画素数を下げるだけで、1秒あたり最大数百フレームの高速イメージングが実現します。ハードウェアトリガー機能が正確なタイミングを実現し、極めて高速な多次元イメージング実験を可能にします。アクティブセンサー冷却と低いセンサー読み出しノイズにより、この顕微鏡カメラは、薄暗く繊細な試料の蛍光顕微鏡検査に理想的な選択肢となります。Axiocam 705 monoのアナログピクセルビニングと信号の増幅により、高い感度が得られます。最大72%の高いピーク量子効率と、UVから近赤外光までの広範なスペクトル感度によって、最も困難な蛍光イメージング実験にも対応することができます。
