このカメラは、最高レベルの感度を必要とするアプリケーションで最低限のノイズと高い量子効率を実現します。大型センサーと小さく高感度なピクセルの組み合わせにより、Axiocam 712 monoは非常に柔軟なカメラとなり、非常に多岐にわたるアプリケーションに対応します。アクティブ冷却型CMOSセンサーを採用し、読み出しノイズが少なく、長時間の安定した動作が可能になります。露光時間は、最もダイナミックな試料には100 μsから、最も暗い信号を検出するには60 sまで設定可能です。
Axiocam 712 monoは、フル画素で20コマ/秒以上、縮小画素で100コマ/秒以上を捉えます。ピーク量子効率72%以上、広範な検出スペクトル、高い近赤外感度など、優れた特長を備えています。このため、広い試料領域や動的な試料のイメージングから、ダメージを受けやすい蛍光試料の高感度顕微鏡観察まで、モノクロイメージングアプリケーション向けのオールインワンツールになります。
