2000万画素のAxiocam 820 monoカメラには、ピーク量子効率86%、対角17.5 mmの大型裏面照射型CMOSセンサーが搭載されています。低い読み出しノイズとの相乗効果で、生体試料や固定試料における微弱な蛍光シグナルのイメージングにも対応可能です。正方形センサーが顕微鏡の光学視野を効率よく利用し、細部をより確実に捉えます。さらに、デュアルUSB 3.0インターフェースにより、標準インターフェースの堅牢性はそのままで、超高速の画像取得が可能になりました。Axiocam 820 monoカメラは高性能で柔軟性に優れており、ライフサイエンス研究における最もイメージングが困難な試料に最適です。
