ZEISS Crossbeamにおける簡単な試料搬送および試料の安全な取り扱い
ZEISS Correlative Cryo Workflowでは、自動化され操作性に優れたガス冷却クライオシステムQuorum PP3010Zを使用します。
- ターボ分子ポンプつきクライオプレパレーションチャンバーには、自動昇華、スパッタコーティング機能が備わっています。
- クライオプレパレーションチャンバーはZEISS Crossbeamのチャンバーに直結され、凍結試料は非常に安定した冷却ステージに搬送されて、イメージングとミリング加工が行われます。
- クライオ調製チャンバーとCrossbeamチャンバー内のコールドトラップにより、試料をアイスコンタミネーションから保護します。
- CHE3010オフカラム冷却システムによって、24時間以上の連続冷却が保証されます。
- Prepdek®ワークステーションは、クライオトランスファー用の真空ストレージチューブやZEISSローディングステーション用のTEM prep slusherを含む、全てのQuorumクライオ装置を制御できます。
