連続切片用の3D光学・電子顕微鏡
Array Tomographyでは、連続切片を使用して試料ボリュームを再構築できます。樹脂で包埋された組織試料をウルトラミクロトームで切断して連続切片を作成、イメージングし、光学顕微鏡で自動取得した後、同じソフトウェアツールがある電子顕微鏡に試料を移動します。長さスケールの異なる数百の切片を自動的にイメージングして、1つの相関ボリュームデータセットにまとめることができます。

大規模な3D相関顕微鏡観察
多数の連続切片の相関イメージングが、かつてないほど簡単になりました。リボンに切片の1つを配置するだけで、ZEN Correlative Array Tomographyが自動検出し、他のすべての切片をマークします。次に、そのうちのどれかの切片の関心領域(ROI)をスケッチします。ソフトウェアが最適なタイリング設定を提案し、関心領域を他のすべての切片へと自動的に移動します。

相関3Dデータセットの再構築
ZEN Correlative Array Tomographyを使用して、光学顕微鏡や電子顕微鏡の画像を3Dスタックにスティッチング、アライメント、再構築することができます。その後、対応するLMとEMのデータセットを1つの相関性がある3Dボリュームにまとめます。光学系を制限することなく、切片の厚さに基づいてZ分解能を向上させ、また、光学顕微鏡・電子顕微鏡データの詳細な部分を、すべて1つのソフトウェアで調べることが可能です。
