• Registrations may be submitted through online registration with the corresponding web form.
• The payment deadline is:
  • 3 weeks before the course starts for in person workshops 
  • 2 days before the course for virtual workshops.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail after payment and a receipt. In-person attendees will receive information on travel; virtual attendees will be sent the link to join the webinar 1 day prior.

• After the end of the free cancellation period, you may cancel your registration under the following conditions:
  • In person
    • Cancellation is free up to 4 weeks prior to the workshop start date.
    • Cancellation >3 weeks but <4 weeks; reimbursement of 50% of the payment.
    • Cancellation <3 weeks; reimbursement of 25% of the payment.
  • Virtual:
    • Cancellation is free prior up to 1 day prior to the workshop (prior to the webinar link being shared)

• We may cancel any course for any sound reason, including without limitation an insufficient number of attendees, defects of the equipment, unavailability of the trainer(s) due to sickness or any other events of force majeure.
• Please note that we immediately inform the participants of any changes or cancellation using the contact details provided during the registration.
• In such event, we will make reasonable efforts to offer you an alternative course without additional costs.
• Course fees which have already been paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation fees which have already been invoiced will be offset and reimbursed.
• Further claims for refund will not be considered.
