When you purchase the ZEISS Care package with your microscope you will be able to phone in to ZEISS Technical Experts for any problems you encounter with your microscope, large or small.
Based on the information provided they will diagnose the cause of the problem and direct the user, step-by-step, through the resolution.
If there is a hardware problem with the microscope stand or one of the covered components an exchange unit will be sent directly to you within 48 hours.
Prepaid return labels will be provided to return the defective items to our repair center.
