人工授精前的重要步骤
在进行任何人工授精前,精液分析是非常重要的一步。精液是一种含有精子细胞的液体,在射精过程中释放。正常情况下,每毫升精液含有2000多万个精子。一次射精所产生的精液量通常超过2毫升。
除精子细胞的纯体积外,精液分析(精液图或精子图)还包括
- 对精子浓度进行显微镜评估:计算精子量(百万个细胞/毫升)。
- 精子运动性/活力:测量有多少精子在进行性运动、非进行性运动或静止不动。
- 精子形态:评估正常形态与异常形态。
要创建精子图,可以通过相差观察活精子细胞,并通过透射光明场或荧光观察染色精子细胞涂片。
