About this Show:
The story is based on the exciting adventures in the children's book "Little Polar Bear in the Bay of Whales" by Hans de Beer. Little polar bear Lars rescues the whales from the whalers and from a great plight caused by the melting of a glacier. Visitors learn how the polar bears really live and what threatens their home. The show "Lars - the little polar bear" is aimed at nature and environmental education for pre-school children and pupils in first and second grade.
