  • Maintenance

    Regular maintenance increases operational reliability and extends the service life of your planetarium system. We offer our customers a wide range of options and provide a high level of planning security. With our help, you can achieve optimum performance.

    • Maintenance contracts for regular service and updates (remote maintenance and on-site service)
    • On-site maintenance as required (on request)
    • Supply of spare parts and consumables
  • Repairs

    Of course, we also take care of any necessary repairs. We keep a large number of spare parts and consumables in stock, including older models. This enables us to ensure that even planetarium systems that are decades old continue to function.

  • Hardware upgrades

    ZEISS offers various upgrade kits to keep pace with technological developments. With the LED upgrades, for example, we equip SKYMASTER ZKP 4, STARMASTER or UNIVERSARIUM with the latest LED illumination sources on a lamp basis.

    Each installation includes instruction in the operation and maintenance of your new planetarium system. In addition to instruction, there is also the option of more comprehensive training.
