CPS device

CPS

ZEISS Compact Polymer Spectrometer is a very compact, lightweight and affordable OEM spectrometer for large quantity production, covering the spectral range of 190 – 720 nm. A special design with passive temperature compensation guarantees thermal and environmental stability.

CGS device

CGS Series

This compact spectrometer shows a high resolution of < 2 nm over the broad spectral range of 190 - 1100 nm. CGS offers long-term calibration with superior stray light performance of < 0.1%. Applications range from LED-testing to HPLC and semiconductor process control.

MCS device

MCS Series

ZEISS MCS series combines superior performance and high resolution of < 3 nm over the 190 - 1100 nm spectral range. Its high tool-to-tool reproducibility, superior signal/noise and high UV-sensitivity make it ideally suited for semiconductor process control via spectral reflectometry, ellipsometry or OES measurements.

    This robust, durably stable NIR spectrometer series covers a wavelength range of 960 - 2500 nm providing a small footprint, highest throughput and excellent SNR. Special TE-cooled/uncooled InGaAs detectors ensure lowest noise conditions.

    CPS device
