ZEISS MMS series combines a miniature footprint with a robust and thermally stable design for highest wavelength accuracy and throughput. Various models with spectral coverage within 190 - 1100 nm are available.

ZEISS MCS series combines superior performance and high resolution of < 3 nm over the 190 - 1100 nm spectral range. If offers high tool-to-tool reproducibility, superior signal/noise and superior UV-sensitivity.

ZEISS compact CGS series shows a high resolution < 2 nm over the broad spectral range of 190 - 1100 nm. CGS offers long-term calibration with superior stray light performance of < 0.1%.

This robust, durably stable NIR spectrometer series covers a wavelength range of 960 - 2500 nm providing a small footprint, highest throughput and excellent SNR. Special TE-cooled/uncooled InGaAs detectors ensure lowest noise conditions.
