What is polarisation Ordinary light is unpolarised: it oscillates in all directions until it strikes a glossy surface. When sunlight is reflected off such a surface (e.g. water, glass, asphalt, snow), and in intense light conditions, it can lead to creating distracting and sometimes blinding glare.

Polarised sun lenses, thanks to their micro-structure, can filter the annoying horizontal rays coming from reflective surfaces, eliminating nuisance, discomfort and visual distortion caused by glare.
In this way we can look beyond the point of origin of the reflections and get a clearer view.

Why use polarised sun lenses

Polarised lenses offer a practical advantage in particularly bright and sun-exposed environments, their glare-reducing properties become functional in outdoor activities and sports where vision can be compromised by reflective light (such as sport fishing). Field of usage

Polarised sun lenses become paramount in scenarios where glare is particularly intense, such as at high altitudes, by the sea, and on the beach. This is due to the fact that snow reflects up to 85% of light rays, water 20%, and sand 10%, but they are also great for driving and daily use under intense sun.
