How to start with the ZEISS A.R.M. Platform
Three steps to set up the platform.
A few things to do first. For ease of implementation we've prepared step-by-step articles that will explain you the most important steps to set up your account.
Setting up your ZEISS A.R.M Platform account is easy
Get started.
Step 1: Add your resources. These are the people or "things" you manage; typically, employees, rooms like a refraction room, and/or equipment or devices like a Slit Lamp.
> To add resources, go to the tab ``Management´´ > ``Resources´´.
Step 2: Add the services you offer. Then allocate the resources that are needed for each service: this means that whenever a service is booked, the resources are automatically added to the booking.
> Add services in your account in the tab ``Management´´ > ``Services´´.
Step 3: Activate online appointment booking to enable your customers to book appointments at your store and to receive booking via the ZEISS store locator. Before you doing this please consider all data policy regulation which we will explain to you.
> Enable the Button ``Online Booking´´ on the bottom.
