    • A ZEISS VISION CENTER accommodates all the relevant aspects of the shopping experience, from the store concept to cutting-edge ZEISS instruments and systems as well as the latest frame trends, innovative and customized ZEISS precision lens, through to a systematic consultation process: the My Vision Experience by ZEISS.
    • The systematically structured consultation process My Vision Experience by ZEISS is designed to correctly identify every customer’s individual vision needs.
    • This process enables consumers to choose the eyeglass lenses that are right for them – supported by expert knowledge along with the use of modern measuring instruments and apps designed for advising the customer and identifying their vision requirements.
    • My Vision Experience by ZEISS is a transparent process that leads consumers to feel well-informed. It makes it easier for consumers to understand how important each individual process step is on the way to a holistic improvement of their vision.
    • Going for a new pair of glasses? ZEISS VISION CENTER are premium vision care destinations that offer (future) eyeglass wearers a unique shopping experience. Different to a conventional optician store which only may prioritize frames, ZEISS VISION CENTER deliver a comprehensive eye glass configuration process involving the My Vision Experience by ZEISS with detailed eye analyses using the latest software and hardware technology from ZEISS.
    • Consumers visiting a ZEISS VISION CENTER can be assured of receiving most scientifically advanced consultation, refraction and fitting services – resulting in a both optically and aesthetically highly individualized pair of new glasses.
    • In summary, the customer benefit is: a unique eyeglass configuration and shopping experience that consists of detailed analyses with state-of-the-art technology, highly personalized recommendations, and tailor-made premium eyewear products.
    • ZEISS VISION CENTER are specialist retail stores owned and operated by independent eye care professionals.
    • These professionals enter into an exclusive, long-term partnership with ZEISS.
    • Employees at ZEISS VISION CENTER receive comprehensive training to match the requirements of the My Vision Experience by ZEISS as well as regarding the available ZEISS systems, instruments and lens solutions.
    • Ongoing training sessions are provided to guarantee a high standard of quality.
    • A team of architects creates the store design for the ZEISS VISION CENTER.
    • Same look – different feels: While all the ZEISS VISION CENTER feature the same recognizable look using specific ZEISS branded design elements, they are conceived individually to give each store its own unique character.
    • Parts of the iconic store design are even protected by patent (EP: 003299130 / 003298819).
    • The products, technologies and shop design have already received various awards, including the Retail ME Award, several Red Dot Design Awards and the Best Architects Award.
    • To date, more than 350 ZEISS VISION CENTER in 45 countries, including India, UAE, Canada, China, Taiwan, USA, South Africa, Australia, Brazil, Colombia and Germany invite visitors to experience how their individual visual needs are translated into customized, high-quality lenses by ZEISS.

  • ZEISS is continuously expanding the number of ZEISS VISION CENTER around the globe. In 2024, we opened our first two ZEISS VISION CENTER within or next to medical/clinical destinations. In the coming months and years more ZEISS VISION CENTER within medical destinations, like eye clinics, will open their doors to welcome and professionally serve patients and consumers.

    The objective when offering the holistic ZEISS VISION CENTER service experience to medical destinations is to let our medical partners benefit from ZEISS as a modern, known and trusted brand in ophthalmology with broad expertise and an innovative eyecare solutions portfolio.
    First feedback from currently running ZEISS VISION CENTER at medical destinations shows medical partners were not only able to generate new revenue streams, but also to better assist their patients – and position themselves as trusted experts offering a smartly extended eye healthcare journey under one roof.
