    How it works, when things no longer work?

    To ensure that your product is returned to you as quickly and conveniently as possible please complete the Repair Inquiry Form and enclose a signed printout with your product. If you have any question before sending in your ZEISS product, please use the Customer Service Form to contact us.

    ZEISS recommends to return your product prepaid and insured (e.g. UPS, FEDEX, DHL). You will be notified in advance of any repair charges for the services being performed that are not covered under warranty.

    Our return method for shipping is UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Expedited return shipping is available at the owner’s expense.

    All billable repairs must be paid in full prior to performing the repairs. Billable repairs are subject to return shipping charges via UPS Ground. Expedited return shipping is available at the owner’s expense. We accept the following forms of payment - American Express, VISA, Master Card, Money Orders and Checks. Checks and Money Orders may be sent to the U.S. address listed below. Repairs paid via check must clear the bank prior to repairs being performed on the product.

    If you have a minor issue such as focus or parallax adjustment, errors in POI, insufficient reticle travel, or suspect your product might be easily adjusted, please call our service line to troubleshoot your optic over the phone. This can potentially save you significant time and postage fare. Thank you for your understanding.

    Service & Repair Information for Products outside USA/CAN

    Any product exported or sold outside the United States and Canada must be returned to the original point of purchase, with a copy of the invoice or your product registration information. CONQUEST Riflescopes purchased in Australia and New Zealand must be returned to their respective, local authorized ZEISS distributors.

    DO NOT return exported items directly to ZEISS from outside the United States. DO NOT return exported items directly to Gentec International from outside Canada. ZEISS and Gentec International cannot accept products from, or ship products to, locations outside the United States and Canada.

  • ZEISS Warranty

    Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty

    for USA and Canada

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. This warranty only covers products purchased within the USA or Canada from Authorized ZEISS Sports Optics Dealers.

     

    Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty:
     

    ZEISS Sports Optics Optical Systems are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the Product, with the exception of the Limited Warranty Conditions listed below. The Optical System means (a) all the components between and inclusive of the optic’s objective and ocular lens, and (b) any functional and mechanical operating system associated with the optical performance of the Optical System.

    If a defect covered by this Warranty is found, ZEISS will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product with a new or reconditioned ZEISS product of comparable specifications. Although product registration and proof-of-purchase are not required to redeem the limited lifetime warranty, some programs, including the 5 year No-Fault Policy, may require them for eligibility. In the absence of proof of purchase, the date of manufacture will determine the beginning of the warranty period.

    Limited Warranty Conditions:

    • Electronic Components:
      Electronic components are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years from the original date of purchase
    • Non-Optical System Components and Accessories:
      Non-optical system components and accessories, such as carrying straps, lens caps, rubber armoring, turret caps and other similar parts are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date purchase. In the absence of proof of purchase, the date of manufacture will determine the beginning of the warranty period.
    • Specialty Products:
      • The 20x60 Stabilized Binocular and Monocular and the 5.6X60 Night Vision Mono are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
      • The Victory PRF and DTI 3/35 are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials of the optical system and electronic components for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

     

    Conditions not covered under this warranty:

    • Accidental damage.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage determined to have been caused by unauthorized repair or modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, failure to follow the product instructions or user guide, or improper lens care.
    • Damage caused by natural disasters, acts of terrorism and combat conditions.
    • Loss, theft or damages resulting therefrom.
       

     

    How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

    Warranty claims can be initiated on-line at www.zeiss.com/us/service or by calling ZEISS Sports Optics Customer Service at 1-800-441-3005.

    This is the exclusive Warranty for the Products. All other warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without restriction, those of merchantability or of fitness for use, are excluded. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

     

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND ZEISS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ZEISS WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR WILL ZEISS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  • No Fault Policy

    ZEISS Sports Optics 5-Year No Fault Policy

    for USA and Canada

    Every product we make is backed by an industry leading, limited lifetime, transferable warranty (www.zeiss.com/us/warranty).

    In addition to this warranty, ZEISS offers a 5-Year No-Fault Policy on select Victory and Conquest products. During the first five years of original ownership, ZEISS will, at its discretion, repair or replace your product if it is accidently damaged during normal and intended use.

    This policy may be used once per product. If a “No-Fault” claim for a product has been settled, the policy for that product expires. However, the product remains covered under it’s Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty.

     

    The 5-Year No-Fault Policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

     
    • The original owner registers the product online within 60 days of purchase (www.zeiss.com/cop/register)
    • Proof of original purchase may be required.
    • This policy is an extended benefit and not a “warranty.”
    • This policy is only valid for residents of the United States and Canada.
    • Products covered by this policy must be purchased from an Authorized ZEISS Dealer, located within the USA or Canada.
    • The policy is only available to the original owner of the product and is not transferable.
    • If damage is covered by this Policy, ZEISS will, at its option, subject to availability and without charge, either repair or replace the Product with a new or reconditioned ZEISS product of comparable specifications.
    • The owner is responsible for shipping the product to ZEISS.
    • ZEISS will cover the cost to ship the repaired or replaced product back to the owner via standard ground delivery.
    • Claims can be initiated on-line at www.zeiss.com/us/service, or by calling ZEISS Sports Optics Customer Service at 1-800-441-3005.

     

     

    Conditions not covered under this policy include:

    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Superficial damage, such as dents or scratches, which do not affect the product’s performance or integrity.
    • Damage determined to have been caused by unauthorized modification, misuse, abuse, or improper lens care
    • Loss or theft, or damage as a result thereof.

  • Retrofitting

    Retrofitting and more

    For an additional fee, we offer the ability to retrofit a standard hunting turret on our Victory and Conquest riflescopes with the change to a target turret or Bullet Drop Compensator (BDC) knob.
