… Winter? Thanksgiving? Some other cultural holiday? No, says Jan Willem de Cler, board member at Carl Zeiss Meditec, in the introduction to his article about the current quarter — a time of the year which, for the teams@MED, is heavily characterized by year-end processes. In the article below, he describes the opportunities which can arise during this period.

Since the last Pulse Check, which regularly measures the extent to which our corporate culture keeps pace with the requirements of the strategy, various activities have been initiated and implemented across the various locations of ZEISS Medical Technology in order to continuously develop the corporate culture. ZOOM MED introduces some of them. From knowledge sharing to a manual and to cross-department collaborations.

Around 20 teams were in with a chance to win thanks to the team photo they submitted to describe what their teams are about. Teams from America's Wild West as well as Jena, Berlin and Oberkochen and all the way to India have come up with texts to describe what sets them apart. 

Now they are revealed in a complete photo gallery featuring all the teams that took part.
