In order to address the global developments surrounding the coronavirus, several task forces were formed at ZEISS to define measures and recommendations for the protection of all employees worldwide and to maintain business operations. MED Service also worked on this together with the country organizations – during this process, world maps were created which, using a traffic light system, clearly illustrate the access of our service organizations to our customers.
